Guests are welcome to Check-in after 4 pm. Check-out is 11 am.
Rates
All rates are per night. We request a minimum two night stay on weekends from May to September.
Reservations
Our reservations are made via pay pal and require a 50% deposit (including taxes) at the time of booking with the balance due 7 days prior to your arrival (unless prior arrangements have been made).
Cancellations
Because of our small size cancellations affect us significantly. If a cancellation is made 7 days prior to your arrival date you may elect to receive a refund of your deposit less a $50.00 handling fee, or apply the entire amount of your deposit toward a future stay within a year. No refunds on cancellations made less than 7 days prior to arrival.
Breakfast
A continental breakfast is served between 8 am & 10 am.
Pets
We cannot accommodate pets.
Smoking
We are a non-smoking establishment.
